Unless otherwise specified on the product page, the following delivery terms apply to all orders.
Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail services.
- Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (default service)
- Bulk / Wholesale Orders: Royal Mail Next Day
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM) Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day
- No dispatches occur on weekends or public/bank holidays
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
- Tracked 48: Typically 2–3 working days
Delays caused by the courier, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.
Delivery Charges
Most products are delivered free of charge within mainland UK unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Responsibility
Delivery is considered complete once the order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- The delivery address is accurate and complete
- A secure location is available for delivery
- They check with neighbours, household members, or local delivery offices if the parcel is not immediately located
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge additional postage for re-delivery.
Lost or Delayed Items
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in raising an investigation with Royal Mail where appropriate.
Claims for lost items will only be considered where Royal Mail confirms the item has not been delivered.
Non-Receipt Claims
We do not accept liability for items reported as not received where tracking confirms successful delivery.
Customers may be required to contact Royal Mail directly and provide supporting information for any investigation.
Proof of Delivery
Royal Mail may provide GPS confirmation, delivery scans, or photographic evidence as proof of delivery. This constitutes valid delivery confirmation.
