Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Delivery & Risk

We will dispatch orders to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery details are accurate and secure.

Delivery is deemed complete once the item is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided.

We are not responsible for items reported as lost or not received where tracking confirms successful delivery. Customers must ensure a secure delivery location and check with neighbours, household members, or delivery offices before reporting non-receipt.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Non-Receipt Claims

Where a customer claims non-receipt of an item marked as delivered, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification or information
  • Advise the customer to contact the carrier directly
  • Refuse refunds where delivery confirmation is available

We may assist in raising an investigation with the carrier, but we are not liable for claims where delivery has been confirmed.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with UK consumer law. Items must be returned unused and in original condition unless faulty.

Refunds will not be issued for items confirmed as delivered but claimed as not received, except where required by law.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or report activity where fraud or abuse is suspected. This includes but is not limited to:

  • False non-delivery claims
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Use of false or misleading information

We may share relevant information with payment processors, law enforcement, and fraud prevention agencies.

Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to provide evidence including tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, and order details.

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
